Newsround tells the moving story of Bun Hashizume’s and how she witnessed and survived the atomic bomb dropped on Hiroshima in 1945.
We were asked by CBBC's Newsround to animate Bun's story using her own words as inspiration for our visuals.
The animation won at the 2016 Broadcast Digital Awards and was nominated at the 2016 British Animation Awards and at the Children’s BAFTA that same year.
