Josh is like any other 14-year-old, apart from one thing - he has obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD).

Josh spoke to Newsround about what OCD is and how it has affected him since he was 11.

When Josh opened up and told his dad about how he was feeling, everything started to get better.

Newsround asked us to animate Josh's moving story to illustrate and highlight the difficulties dealing with Mental Health issues.
